Madeline knitted Sunshine stole in simple moss stitch. She used Mango Smoothie, Harvest Moon, both in Falkland wool. Combined them with yellow alpaca lace weight, from a local farm (yarn of white wool), mohair, and a pale yellow Baby Cotswold wool from a farm in Connecticut. I love seeing how my handspun is being made into an item that one enjoys and treasures. Thank you Madeline for sending my photos. Enjoy the photos.

A kitty named Skittles
Marianne just blogged about Skittles. It's knitted from Boogaloo, 100% merino dyed by Ginny of Fat Cat Knits. Go over and take a look. Thanks.

Just finished
Just finished spinning the above. It's a blend of 50/50 optim/soy. Super soft and silky. I finished plying the threads. There are some pictures of them on my photostream. Next up is a custom spin of this and also previewing the new handspun. Marianne emailed me about the Blue Grey Kitty with a Rainbow Scarf. Go take a look. It's a very pretty kitty with a dashing scarf. Love of the colors of the scarf shows with the grey.Catch up later. Have a great weekend.

Chloris 2 - All grown up
I'm still catching up on chores. We didn't stock the freezer to it gills as we heard that some on the eastside of town has power failure again after it was restored. I still have to watermark the 3 handspun from 2 weeks ago and 4 more to be photographed and proofed. Also, my dear spunky swap partner, I'm getting your box ready. I'll email you when I send it. Talk later.
