In celebration of Valentine's day, Chinese New Year and my birthday, I'm having a sale. The sale will last through Feb 28 as Chinese New Year last for 15 days. Updating soon

Just finished watermarking photos of all the handspun yarns. I'll upload them to Flickr tomorrow. The kids had snow days this past 2 days so my schedule is a bit of a topsy turvy. Keep watch on the blog for news of when yarn will be added to Etsy or subscribe to RSS Feed. Also, Marianne added Lilac Kitty (made using French Lilac) to her store. Go over and take a look. Robinhood 1 & Flutterby

Robinhood 1 & Flutterby have been added to the clearance section. Also, please take a look at Blue Cat created by Marianne using Dreamweaver. There are more photos of Blue Cat on Marianne's Flickr photostream. I have more yarn to add to Etsy but I've a lot on my mind lately plus I've been having lots of sinus headaces. I'll get to updating the handspun eventually.  I finished knitting a pair of socks for myself using my own handspun. I'll photograph the socks soon. Talk later.

Madeline's Sunshine Stole

Madeline knitted Sunshine stole in simple moss stitch. She used Mango Smoothie, Harvest Moon, both in Falkland wool. Combined them with yellow alpaca lace weight, from a local farm (yarn of white wool), mohair, and a pale yellow Baby Cotswold wool from a farm in Connecticut. I love seeing how my handspun is being made into an item that one enjoys and treasures. Thank you Madeline for sending my photos. Enjoy the photos.

Postal rate & thank you

Thank you all for your support during the sale. Due to the postal increase, I've changed the method of shipping for first two skeins of yarn for domestic order. They will be shipped via First Class Mail. There's no real change to International shipping rates. I'll add the new handspun as soon as I get well from this sinus infection. Have a Blessed and Happy New Year.

Postage increase

Happy New Year to all of you. Hope that 2010 will be a good year for all of you. USPS will increase postage as of January 4, 2010. I didn't have a chance to research further into it. I rather concentrate on trying to have another update before the sale ends on January 10. I did mention on the front page of my Etsy store that there will be a postage increase, please ignore that.
